How to order Pantara products?

What material does Pantara use?

All explanations about product material and printing method are added in each item description. Pantara use qualified material only.

How if the item get out of stock? When can I order it?

If an item gets out of stock, you can’t order it until we restock the item. Or leave us a message through email and you will hear from us soon.

Can i make payment with credit card?

We are still working on this. Temporarily we only take payment from ATM/m-banking transfer/internet banking.

How to make a payment confirmation?

You dont have to sent us a payment confirmation, our system will process your payment automatically.

After i make a payment, i’d like to buy another item. Can it be sent together with my first order?

After making a payment, it considered to be one order. Adding other item, would need another order to be made.

Return

Pantara will replace damage or broken item with the new one, if :
– The item hasn���������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������t used by the customer
– The item not in accordance with the order (unless the accordance caused by customer’s negligence).

How long does the delivery take?

How can i track my order?

To track your order, we will give you JNE delivery receipt number, and see your order status in www.jne.co.id

I haven’t receive my order, what should i do?
